Duplex Steel Threaded Flanges, SS ANSI B16.47 Series A & B Lap-joint Flanges, Stainless Steel Flanges, Stainless Steel Slip On Raised Flanges, Flanges Fittings, Flanges, Nickel Alloy Spectacle Flanges Manufacturer.

One of the widely used joining equipment available is flanges. They are generally used when the joints are to be connected or need dismantling. It provides good flexibility for a low level of maintenance. The Flanges are generally used to join the pipe parts with equipment such as valves. The pipeline system may contain a breakup flange that must be maintained regularly during the plant operation.

Flanged joints or connections comprise 3 essential independent and separable components: bolting, gaskets, and flanges. To gain a high level of joining, the application and selection of the element must be done appropriately. It can be classified based on facing type, based on connection type, based on material, and based on temperature rating.

The flanges can be produced from low alloy steel, stainless steel, exotic material or a combination of materials, and carbon steel. It can be covered in various specified fittings. Before the flanges are produced, certain things like bolt circles, outer and inner body diameters, and hub lengths are tested and inspected.

Based on pressure-temperature class and heat no, the flanges can be marked using the manufacturing logo, material grade, material code, thickness, size, and service rating. The compact flanges help in increasing high installation, procurement, and maintenance costs. Thus the material is made of a large diameter, so more space is required. With sophisticated designing and installation requirements, the tolerance level can be closely matched with the desired product.

Some standard flanges types are threaded, socket weld, slip-on, lap joint, and weld neck flanges. The flange facing type could be tongue & groove, raised face, flat face, ring joint, and female/male type. The flange face could be a serrated type or smooth type.

The flanges are rated based on the pressure-temperature class. It got designed with large diameter flanges with the appropriate pressure-temperature rating.

The Flanges are tested using the test- flaring test, flattening test, hardness test, macro/micro test, and intergranular corrosion test.

Stainless Steel Flanges are manufactured in compliance with different quality standards. SS Flanges are known for being Durable, Weather Resistant, High Tensile Strength, Anti Corrosive, Resistance to acid and alkaline solutions, Resilient, Rugged construction, and more. Stainless Steel Slip On Raised Flanges is known for their Sturdy & compact structure, Impeccable finish, Rust proof surface, Accurate hole alignment, and Can sustain elevated temperature and pressure. Stainless Steel Socket Weld Flanges find application in steel plants, pumps and petrochemicals, sugar mills & distilleries, cement, construction and various other industries.

Stainless Steel Threaded Flanges are also used in applications of Engineering, Construction, Offshore, Oil fields, Shipbuilding, Marine Projects, Nuclear Projects, Medical, Instrumentation, etc. Our Stainless Steel Lap, Joint Flanges range is fabricated from high-quality factor inputs per industry quality standards.

Surya Steel & Alloys is a known manufacturer of Flanges, which are acknowledged among customers for their sturdy design. As Stainless Steel Flanges Suppliers, we are highly recognized as a prominent firm manufacturing and supplying a wide endowment of this product, which are used in varied industries for diverse applications.

What are Flanges?

Flanges are connecting pieces that are used to join pipes, valves, pumps and other equipment in a piping system. They provide a means of sealing the joint between two pipes and can be attached using bolts.

What are Flanges Used For?

Flanges Fittings are used to connect pipes, valves, pumps, & other equipment in a piping system. They provide a means of sealing the joint between two pipes and can be attached using bolts.

What are the Different Types of Flanges?

There are different types of Flanges Slip-on flanges, Weld neck flanges, Blind flanges, Lap joint flanges, Socket weld flanges, Threaded flanges, Orifice flanges, Spectacle flanges, Long weld neck flanges, Ring joint flanges.
